ZipCall is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users, including teens. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and actively work to prevent misuse of the platform.
Age Eligibility
ZipCall is intended for users aged 13 years and above.
Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using the app.
Protection of Minors (13–17)
We recognize the importance of protecting minors on online communication platforms. ZipCall applies additional safeguards to reduce risks for users aged 13–17, including:

Prohibited Content & Behavior
ZipCall strictly prohibits:

Requests for personal, explicit, or private information from minors

Sharing, requesting, or distributing explicit images or videos involving minors
Any violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of the offending account.
Moderation & Enforcement
ZipCall actively responds to user reports and takes prompt action on policy violations.
Accounts suspected of engaging in CSAE-related activities are permanently removed and may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
Reporting & User Safety
Users can report inappropriate behavior directly within the app. Reports related to child safety are treated as high priority and reviewed urgently.
Users are encouraged to immediately report any behavior that appears unsafe, exploitative, or inappropriate.
Cooperation with Authorities
ZipCall cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and complies with all applicable child protection and online safety laws.
